We Have a Facade and more

Things continue to move along in the townhouse. The most apparent change is the brick facade is finally up which is super exciting. I was able to see this in progress during the many trips I made to the site this week. Its amazing to see the workers dangling on the scaffolding to lay each brick. Overall we are very happy with the appearance of the brick. I like the bright orange red tones which highlights the exterior. For those building in the future, you generally don't get to choose your exterior brick. The brick color is determined by your particular sight.

We also have had a number of different trades working on the house this week. The electrician has been placing wires through out the house. The recessed lights, fans, and outlets have been installed. In addition to the standard lights, we added:

• 6 recessed lights, 1 fan, and 1 TV fireplace outlet in the great room for wall mount
• 1 TV outlet in recreation room for wall mount
• 3 pendants over the kitchen island
• 1 outlet in pantry
• 1 recessed light outside the powder room
• 2 recessed lights and fan in each of the secondary bedrooms
• 4 recessed lights and fan in the master bedroom
• 1 outlet in master walkin closet

The low voltage folks at Trinity have also completed our speakers, HDMI, Cable Coax installs. We've also seen more plumbing throughout the house. I was able to see the fire sprinkler system being installed all over, Im glad to see that level of protection. 

I also want to give a shout out to our Sales Rep Jay, who took the time to wish Chris a Happy Birthday over the weekend. We have been blessed to work with Jay and Kevin who have been outstanding throughout this whole process.
