Our site visit this past weekend

We were a little bored on Saturday and decided to pay a visit to our community. We met a few potential buyers and had a good time chatting about our experience so far. We also got to meet the designer who did this model. He was really awesome and we appreciated that he took the time to talk about some of the decisions he made and some ideas about how we could design the house.

We were also excited to hear that the homes were selling well. Within the last month all the lots have sold in our section except 1 end unit.

Still an empty plot... April???
