DeleteI love the style of this neighborhood. It feels very old world, with a modern twist to it. So do they wait to sell all the homes in your row, then they build them all at once? I am so interested to see how this all works. Congrats on the progress. How exciting!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I don't know if I would describe it as old world but this part of the country loves it's colonial style homes. Our builder does sell its homes first before building. There are builders that will build anyway and put the homes on the market finished. It's a long process but we're happy so far with everything. Reading the blogs will definitely give you tons of insight, it has helped us along the way.
